Carrying the fruits of “Eleventh Five-Year” harvest, Zhejiang people embarked on a new journey of scientific development under the guidance of the Outline of the Twelfth Five-year Plan. The “Outline” has set the goal, major tasks and strategic measures for the development of Zhejiang in the next five years and is the common program of action for the entire province. We must unify our thinking and actions with the spirit of the plan.
