经济持续发展的动力,来自于由国内需求和国外需求构成的社会总需求的稳步扩大。在目前的宏观经济环境下,要实现我国经济持续稳步增长的目标,只能立足于坚持积极扩大内需的方针,而且必须把进一步启动居民消费需求放在更加突出的地位。本文在分析我国目前居民消费需求不足的原因的基础上,提出了一系列启动消费需求的对策措施。
The driving force of sustained economic development comes from the steady expansion of the total social demand that is made up of domestic demand and foreign demand. Under the current macroeconomic environment, the goal of achieving sustained and steady economic growth in our country can only be based on the principle of actively expanding domestic demand. And we must give more prominence to the further activation of consumer demand. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the current lack of consumer demand in our country, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to start consumer demand.
