我从一九六五年底起,患有多种疾病,但我没有悲观。根据气功默念“松体法”和“养生十六宜”的原理,我创编了一套对身体各部器官的揉摩术。经过十一年的锻炼,这套揉摩术对我这个六十四岁的老人,已经有了明显的疗效。现在,高血压病已经痊愈;肝炎从一九七四年至今;一次也未复发过;几次到医院检查,医生都说动脉硬化症已经消失;噎嗝反胃没有了,鼻窦炎也消失了。我成了一个健康老人。我删除了其它很多揉摩动作,集中到身体淋巴结的部位,编创了这套“防癌长寿锻炼法——揉摩术”。这套揉摩术能使中青年人加快血液循环,增强体质;能令老年人的老化部位得以再生,增进食欲,使身体健康。
From the end of 1965, I have many illnesses, but I am not pessimistic. According to the qigong meditation “loose body method” and “health sixteen should” principle, I created a set of body parts of the body rubbing massage. After eleven years of exercise, this set of massage techniques has shown a significant effect on my 64-year-old man. Hypertension is now healed. Hepatitis has not recovered since 1974; once it went to the hospital for examination, the doctors said that arteriosclerosis had disappeared. When belch was nauseated, sinusitis disappeared. I became a healthy old man. I removed a lot of other rubbing movements, focusing on the parts of the body lymph nodes, creating this set of “anti-cancer longevity exercise - rubbing surgery.” This set of massage techniques can make young people accelerate blood circulation, enhance physical fitness; can make the aging parts of the elderly to regenerate, increase appetite and good health.
