目的通过竞赛了解我省基层寄生虫病防治机构专业技术人员蠕虫检测能力,从而推动防治专业人才的培养工作。方法将参赛选手按性别、年龄、职称、单位级别和来源单位是否承担血吸虫病防治任务进行分组,对各组选手的蠕虫检测总成绩及制片和读片成绩进行比较分析。结果来自全省16个市和广德、宿松县18支参赛队伍的72名选手蠕虫检测平均总成绩为28.31分,未达及格线,最低成绩0分,及格人数不到1/3。制片平均成绩较优,为8.57分,平均得分率85.69%,及格人数占93.06%;读片平均成绩较差,为19.74分,平均得分率仅为39.47%,及格人数仅占约1/5。不同性别、年龄、职称和单位级别参赛选手之间的蠕虫检测各项成绩差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);来源单位承担血吸虫病防治任务的选手蠕虫检测各项成绩均优于来源单位未承担血吸虫病防治任务的选手(P<0.05)。结论我省基层寄生虫病防治机构专业技术人员蠕虫检测能力不甚理想,有待进一步加强和提高。
Objectives To understand the worm detection ability of professional and technical personnel in grass-roots parasitic diseases prevention and control institutions in our province through competitions so as to promote the training of prevention and treatment professionals. Methods Participants were divided into groups according to their sex, age, job title, unit level and whether the source units were responsible for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis, and the comparative analysis of the total scores of worm tests and scores of film production and reading of the players in each group was made. Results The average score of 72 worms from 18 teams in 16 cities in Guangdong and Guangde and Susong counties was 28.31, which failed to pass the minimum mark and scores 0 and the pass number was less than 1/3. The average score was 8.57, with an average rate of 85.69% and a passing rate of 93.06%. The average score was 19.74. The average score was only 39.47% and the passing rate was only about 1/5 . There were no significant differences among the scores of worms detected by different genders, ages, titles and unit level contestants (P> 0.05). The results of the worm tests of schistosomiasis units by source units were all better than that of the source units Undertake schistosomiasis prevention and control of the players (P <0.05). Conclusion The worm detection ability of professional and technical personnel in the primary parasitic disease prevention and control institutions in our province is not very satisfactory and needs to be further strengthened and improved.
