1977年7月在西安召开了继电半自动闭塞标准设计鉴定及无绝缘轨道电路技术审查会议。会议认为第四设计院对继电半自动闭塞标准设计进行了大量工作,达到了铁道部9976年在北京召开的继电半自动闭塞座谈会的要求。经过鉴定,对继电半自动闭塞标准设计提出了以下要求: 1.对轨道电路必须加强维修,按规定进行检修整治,使其能稳定、可靠地工作。电气集中车站不另设半自动闭塞轨道电路,可采用站内轨道电路的半自动作闭塞轨道继电器监督列车出发和到达;监督列车到达应作到“两点检查”。色灯电锁器车站采用一段闭路式轨道
