据“日本产业卫生学会容许浓度建议”(产业医学26(4)345,1984)介绍,日本的石棉粉尘测定方法有二种:(1)滤膜法,(2)X线衍射法。现将滤膜法介绍如下: 滤膜是以纤维素酯为原料制成的多孔性薄膜。其平均孔径为0.01~10um。该滤膜的特性为对粉尘的捕集效率非常高。且粉尘的采集是利用其表面而获得,故适合于直接用光学显微镜对所捕集到的粉尘进行观测。滤膜的折射率约为1.5,因此,用折射率为1.5左右的不挥发性油浸溃可使之透明,从而便于对石棉粉尘的观测。
According to the “recommended allowable concentration of the Japanese Industrial Hygiene Society” (Industrial Medicine 26 (4) 345,1984), there are two methods for determination of asbestos dust in Japan: (1) filter method, (2) X-ray diffraction method. Filter method is now introduced as follows: The filter is made of cellulose ester as a porous material film. The average pore size of 0.01 ~ 10um. The filter is characterized by very high dust collection efficiency. And the dust collection is obtained by using the surface thereof, it is suitable for directly observing the collected dust with a light microscope. The refractive index of the membrane is about 1.5. Therefore, it can be made transparent by impregnation with a non-volatile oil with a refractive index of about 1.5 to facilitate the observation of asbestos dust.
