刘祖1940年10月生,江西省乐平市人。曾任乐平县委副书记、县长,景德镇市委副书记,赣州地委副书记、行署专员,鹰潭市委书记、市人大主任、军分区党委第一书记,江西省人大常委会委员,江西省人大环境与资源保护委员会副主任委员等职。从领导岗住退休后,2002年起学习摄影。2004年12月,由中国摄影出版社为其出版《咏荷》摄影专集,并于2005年11月与2007年7月相继出版《鹭之魂》、《爱情鸟--鸳鸯》等,颇受摄影界关注。现为中国摄影家协会会员,中国书法李协会会员,江西省摄影家协会会员,鹰潭市摄影家协会名誉主席。
Liu Zu 1940 born in October, Leping City, Jiangxi Province. Former Leping County deputy secretary of the county, Jingdezhen municipal Party committee deputy secretary, Ganzhou deputy party secretary, executive commissioner, Yingtan municipal Party committee secretary, director of Municipal People’s Congress, military division first party secretary, Jiangxi Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, Jiangxi Provincial People’s Congress environment And Resources Protection Committee vice chairman and other staff. After taking a leadership post, he started to study photography in 2002. In December 2004, China Photography Press published a collection of “Ancestral Lotus” photographs, and in November 2005 and July 2007 have published “Soul of Lule”, “Love Birds - Yuanyang”, etc., quite popular Photography concern. Now a member of China Photographers Association, China Calligraphy Li Association, Jiangxi Province Photographers Association, Yingtan City Photographers Association honorary chairman.
