油藏地球化学(Reservoir Geochemistry)是80年代中后期在国际上新兴的一门石油地球化学分支学科,是地学与石油工程学之间的边缘交叉学科.它主要采用现代地球化学分析测试技术,结合各项工程作业资料直接研究油藏中流体和矿物的相互作用、油藏流体的非均质性分布规律及其形成机理,探索油气充注、聚集历史与定位成藏机制,成为理论性和实践性都很强的应用有机地球化学的一个分学科,构成本世纪末有机地球化学领域的一个新的学科生长点。
