目的 :探讨实验性肝癌中c-fos基因的表达及其意义。方法 :采用二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝癌模型 ,应用核酸原位分子杂交和细胞图像分析技术 ,检测肝癌细胞c -fos基因的表达。结果 :肝癌细胞胞浆中c -fos基因呈阳性表达 ,c -fos基因表达的强度差异与癌周肥大细胞数量变化呈平行一致关系 (P <0 0 5 ) ,癌巢周围组织及正常肝组织c -fos基因呈阴性。结论 :c -fos基因与肝癌的发生、发展密切相关 ,肝癌细胞c -fos基因表达强度是影响癌周肥大细胞数量变化的相关因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of c-fos gene in experimental liver cancer and its significance. Methods: Rat model of hepatocellular carcinoma was induced by diethylnitrosamine. The expression of c-fos gene was detected by in situ hybridization and cell image analysis. Results: The c-fos gene was positive in the cytoplasm of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The difference between the intensity of c-fos gene and the number of peritumoral mast cells showed a parallel and consistent relationship (P <0.05) c-fos gene was negative. Conclusion: The c-fos gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression of c-fos gene in hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the factors that affect the number of mast cells.
