测量不确定度评定现已成为检测和校准实验室不可缺少的工作内容。石膏中三氧化硫含量是表征石膏品质的重要指标,因此,对石膏中三氧化硫测量不确定度评定工作就显得尤为重要。采用重量法测定石膏中三氧化硫含量,建立不确定度数学模型,对整个测定过程中所引入的各个不确定度分量进行分析和计算,得出扩展不确定度结果为0.33%,k=2,主要影响因素为灼烧后沉淀的质量。
Measurement uncertainty has now become an indispensable part of the testing and calibration laboratory. The content of sulfur trioxide in gypsum is an important index to characterize the quality of gypsum. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of sulfur trioxide in gypsum. Gravimetric method was used to determine the content of sulfur trioxide in gypsum. A mathematical model of uncertainty was established. The uncertainty components introduced in the whole measurement process were analyzed and calculated. The results showed that the extended uncertainty was 0.33%, k = 2 The main influencing factors are the quality of the precipitated after burning.
