随着科技的发展,信息时代中新媒体层出不穷,微博作为一个信息分享和社交活动平台,不仅是最活跃和最广泛的信息来源,也是政治参与的重要力量。微博直接或间接影响政府的决策,其有效性、规模、程度已成为判断一种政体是否民主的重要指标。本文主要阐述微博在公共事务中的影响,从而思考它对公共事务的积极推动意义及消极影响。
With the development of science and technology, there are an endless stream of new media in the information era. As a platform for information sharing and social activities, weibo is not only the most active and extensive source of information but also an important force for political participation. Microblogging directly or indirectly affects the government’s decision-making. Its effectiveness, scale and degree have become important indicators for judging whether a government is democratic or not. This article mainly expounds the impact of Weibo in public affairs, so as to think about its positive promotion and negative impact on public affairs.
