近年来,公共卫生现场快速检测技术为日常卫生监督及时发现重点问题提供了良好的导向[1]。2006-2008年我们在15次重大社会活动卫生保障任务中采用现场快速检测技术,对供应活动的食品、住宿场所、瓶(桶)装饮用水进行了检测分析,及时发现和纠正了206个问题,获得了举办方的肯定。
