编者的话去年，全国各级政府在抓安全生产上可以说是加大了力度。《国务院关于特大安全事故行政责任追究的规定》颁布后，全国各地各部门的领导同志表示要坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，抓好本地区本行业的安全生产工作。 本刊特摘发几位省部级领导同志的讲话，他们分别从不同侧面阐述了安全生产的重要性，以期引起各地的领导对安全生产工作的重视，扭转安全生产的被动局面。
Editor’s Note Last year, all levels of government in the country in grasping the safety in production can be said to have stepped up efforts. After the promulgation of the State Council’s “Provisions on Investigating Administrative Responsibility for Extraordinary Security Accidents,” the leading comrades of various localities across the country have stated their adherence to the principle of “safety first and prevention first” and do a good job in the safety production in the industry in the region. This article extracts and excerpts from several provincial and ministerial leaders, respectively, from different aspects of their elaboration of the importance of safety in production, in order to arouse the leadership of all localities attach importance to work safety and reverse the passive situation of work safety.
