铰支点间隙是连杆机构运动中产生位移误差的主要原因之一。这个位移误差对连杆机构运动位置再现性的影响,可以由机构中同杆件的隔离体图的分析来确定。连杆机构运动位置的精确性取决于机构内部一定的机械性能,如杆件挠度,杆件变形方式(轴向、横向变形或扭转变形),以及铰支点间隙。通常,这三个因素中,铰支点间隙是连杆机构运动产生位移误差的主要原因。
The hinge fulcrum gap is one of the main reasons for the displacement error in the link mechanism movement. The influence of this displacement error on the reproducibility of the link mechanism motion position can be determined by the analysis of the isolator pattern of the same member in the mechanism. The accuracy of the motion of the link mechanism depends on certain mechanical properties of the mechanism, such as the deflection of the member, the deformation of the member (axial, transverse or torsional deformation), and the hinge fulcrum clearance. Usually, among the three factors, the hinge fulcrum gap is the main reason for the displacement error of the linkage mechanism.
