20年来我校体育工作指导思想从“三基教育”向“中国特色、终身体育、个性发 展”方向转变;管理由“经验、制度管理”向“规范化、法制化、科学化”发展;学校体育目 标由单一的“增强体质”向“生物、心理、社会、教育、文化”等包括认知目标、情感目标、 运动行为目标的多元目标体系转变;课程体系由以“运动技术”教育为主向“健身、娱乐、生 活、协作、竞争”教育为主发展;教学方法由“传习式”向“以教师为主导,以学生为主体, 培养学生终身体育意识”深入;体育教学模式由“认知模式”向“认、知、行、创造”的综合 模式转变.标示着学校体育从理论结构到实践体系都在向着科学化、整体化、生活化、终身化 和法制化方向发展。
