西北是我国一个特殊的经济区域。几年来,国内对这一区域经济发展战略的研究,大体有三个视角所形成的不同层次。一是从宏观角度制定的东、中、西三个地带的发展格局,在一定时期里东部和中部是国家投资战略的重点,西部处于国家重新大规模投资的准备时期。二是各省区立足当地实际所制定的省区经济发展战略;三是把西北五省区当作一个整体所制定
Northwest is a special economic region in our country. In the past few years, the domestic research on this strategy for regional economic development has broadly different levels formed by three perspectives. First, the development pattern of the eastern, central and western regions formulated from a macro-perspective shows that the eastern and central regions have been the focus of the national investment strategy for a certain period of time, and the western region has been in preparation for the state’s massive large-scale investment. Second, all provinces and autonomous regions are based on the actual local economic development strategy formulated by the provincial government. Third, the five provinces and autonomous regions in the northwest China are enacted as a whole
