本文结合作者的试验工作,综述了近年来用渗硼+共晶化复合处理方法改善渗硼层脆性的有关研究。阐明单一渗硼表面处理的脆性原因,渗硼共晶复合处理的机理和方法,渗硼共晶组织的形态及渗硼共晶组织对性能的影响。研究表明:渗硼共晶化复合处理由于改变了渗硼层的组织结构,增加了渗层的厚度,从而在保持高硬度和耐磨性的同时,降低渗层的脆性。并指出激光、等离子束或电子束,特别是高频感应加热更适用于渗硼层共晶化处理。
In this paper, combined with the author’s experimental work, reviewed the recent years with infiltration boron + eutectic composite treatment boron layer to improve the brittleness of the study. The reasons for the brittleness of the single boronizing surface treatment, the mechanism and method of the boronizing eutectic composite treatment, the morphology of the boronizing eutectic structure and the influence of the boronizing eutectic structure on the properties are clarified. The results show that the boronizing eutectic composite treatment changes the structure of the boronizing layer and increases the thickness of the layer, so as to reduce the brittleness of the layer while maintaining high hardness and wear resistance. And pointed out that laser, plasma beam or electron beam, especially high frequency induction heating is more suitable for boronizing eutectic layer.
