数学教育要面向全体学生,要实现:人人学有价值的数学;人人都获得必需的数学;不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。由此可见,在数学教学活动中,学生才是数学学习的主人。每个学生在获得作为一个现代公民所必需的基本数学知识和技能的同时,还应该在情感、态度、价值等方面得到充分的发展。数学教师作为数学学习的组织者、引导者和合作者,在教学中应该积极创设问题情境,让学生通过动手操作、自主探索、实践应用等主体活动去亲近数学、体验数学、“再创造”数学和应用数学,才能真正成为数学学习的主人。
Mathematical education should be directed at all students to achieve: Every human beings learn valuable mathematics; Everyone has the necessary mathematics; Different people have different developments in mathematics. Thus, in mathematics teaching activities, students are the masters of mathematics learning. While acquiring the basic mathematical knowledge and skills necessary as a modern citizen, each student should also be fully developed in terms of emotion, attitude and value. As the organizer, leader and collaborator of mathematics learning, mathematics teachers should actively create problem situations in teaching so that students can get close to mathematics and experience maths through hands-on operation, independent exploration and practical application. "Mathematics and applied mathematics can really become the masters of mathematics learning.
