随着中国的信息化方面技术的不断发展,原来的企业管理模式不再适用于现在的企业管理模式,不能满足现在企业的生存,从而产生了将信息化技术运用到财务管理中。让财务中的各项事务在财务信息管理的平台上实行,慢慢形成了集成化和一体化的管理模式。当然,在信息化的这种大体制下,财务管理的工作方式也在不断增进,这种增进主要体现在组织模式的不断转变和运行机制的变化。本文主要针对一体化的企业财务业务与财务管理职能的转型进行研究。
