一、磨床工作台纵向往复运动油缸、活塞磨损后加O型密封圈恢复运动精度磨床经多年使用后,工作台纵向往复运动的油缸与活塞表面均有磨损,间隙过大,油泄漏,使工作台运动出现不规则、爬行和冲击等现象,严重地影响产品的精度。一般是更换或电镀加大活塞的外径尺寸,使之重新与油缸配合,间隙保证在0.04~0.09mm之间,其加工周期长、加工精度高,需要重新配研等。现介绍一种简捷的维修方法,可解决上述问题。
