我厂解放牌4t载重汽车大修时,发现发动机缸体左侧水套外壁由方窗向下有一条150mm左右的裂绞,并有渗水现象,影响发动机正常工作,如不采取补救措施,将导致发动机缸体报废。因此,对缸体裂纹进行了补焊。缸体材质为灰铸铁,壁厚约5mm。为避免补焊时产生新裂纹,确保补焊成功,制订工艺措施如下: ①将发动机缸体侧卧,因受条件限制,只能使焊缝处于半立焊位置。②将裂纹处用角向磨光机修或V型坡口,深度约3mm,并将坡口两侧清理干净。③由于水套中水垢及裂纹中污垢无法清理
