推行现代企业制度,财务会计的地位和作用越来越重要。总会计师作为主管财务会计工作的企业主要领导成员之一,我认为应发挥以下十个方面的积极作用。一、总会计师应是经济管理的创新者作为财务会计的最高负责人,要更新观念,大胆创新,勇于实践。面对财会制度的重大改革,并同国际惯例接轨的新形势,一要把财务管理的着眼点转向市场,以市场为导向,建立健全财务预测核算体制,强化财务监督机制;二要善于学习和借鉴西方的会计理论和实践经验为我所用;三要拓宽知识面,加强对其它经济管理的学习。只有不断拓宽知识面,才能为加强企
