目的观察应用MEBO(美宝湿润烧伤膏)治疗各种烧伤创面的临床效果。方法对220例烧伤患者创面应用美宝烧伤膏并配合全身治疗。结果 220例烧伤患者中Ⅲ度烧伤31例,Ⅱ度烧伤189例,应用美宝烧伤膏治疗后完全愈合,愈后无明显功能障碍。结论美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗具有止痛效果好,创面抗感染能力强,为创面生长提供所需生理环境以及可减少瘢痕形成等疗效,值得进一步推广应用于临床烧伤治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO (MEBO MEBO) in treating various burn wounds. Methods A total of 220 burn patients were treated with MEBO Burn Ointment and with systemic treatment. Results Among 220 cases of burn patients, 31 cases were Ⅲ degree burns and 189 cases were Ⅱ degree burns. After being treated with MEBO burns, they were completely healed, and no significant dysfunction was found after healing. Conclusion MEBO MEBO has the advantages of good analgesic effect, strong wound anti-infective ability, providing the physiological environment for wound growth and reducing the scar formation. It is worth further promoting the application in clinical burn treatment.
