目的了解新上岗医务人员对手卫生基本知识的认知情况,为培训工作提供科学依据。方法通过问卷调查的方式收集2009~2012年某院391名新上岗医务人员的手卫生知识知晓情况调查表。采用卡方检验比较不同岗位和不同学历的手卫生习惯的认知和手卫生指征的认知各条目的正确率以及洗手的重要性。结果在手卫生习惯和手卫生指征方面,护理岗位和临床岗位医务人员在个别项目上较医技岗位的认知正确率高;医技岗位对洗手重要性的认知程度相对较差。不同学历对各项手卫生习惯、手卫生指征及洗手重要性认知的差异均无统计学意义。结论不管原来的专业、学历如何,绝大部分新上岗医务人员的院感防控意识、手卫生意识淡薄,手卫生知识也较匮乏,应加强对他们的手卫生知识专项培训,尤其应注重医技岗位医务人员的培训。
Objective To understand the cognition of the basic knowledge of new medical personnel on the appointment and to provide a scientific basis for the training. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect questionnaires about hand hygiene knowledge of 391 newly recruited medical staff in a hospital from 2009 to 2012. The chi-square test was used to compare the correctness of cognition of hand-hygiene habits and hand hygiene indications with different posts and different qualifications, and the importance of hand-washing. Results In the aspects of hand hygiene habits and hand hygiene indications, the correct recognition rate of medical staff in nursing positions and clinical positions on individual projects was higher than that of medical positions. The awareness of medical skills on the importance of hand washing was relatively poor. There was no significant difference in cognition between hand hygiene habits, hand hygiene indications and the importance of hand washing in different academic qualifications. Conclusion Regardless of the original majors and academic qualifications, the vast majority of newly recruited medical staff have a sense of control and awareness of prevention and control, weak awareness of hand hygiene and hand hygiene knowledge. Special training should be strengthened for their hand hygiene knowledge, Technical training of medical staff.
