整个住宅市场,已从过去的盲目投机开发走向理性化和规范化,我们发现部分开发商的商品住宅具有良好的社会效应、市场效应,具有强劲的市场走势和升值潜力。如何经营房地产业,在激励的市场竞争中谋求长期发展和长远利益,我们提出“品牌”经营战略,相应也提出了有关建议。
The entire housing market has moved from blind speculation and development in the past to rationalization and standardization. We find that some developers have good social effects and market effects, with strong market trends and appreciation potential.
