2013年,浙江和宁波口岸入境的日本鸡爪槭(Acer palmatum)和以色列孤挺花种球(Hippeastrum vittatum)中分离到一种短体线虫,通过形态学特征以及基于核糖体rRNA-ITS区及28S rRNA-D2/D3区序列的系统发育分析,证实其为朱顶红短体线虫(Pratylenchus hippeastri Inserra,Troccoli,Gozel,Bernard,Dunn&Duncan,2007)。该线虫的主要形态鉴别特征为:虫体细长;头前端平;唇环2个;口针基部球椭圆形;受精囊小,矩形,内无精子;尾圆锥形,末端钝尖,有时腹面有凹陷,或呈光滑的半球形。该线虫至今仅报道发生于美国,这是国际上首次在日本和以色列种苗中截获。
In 2013, a short-necked nematode was isolated from the Japanese Acer palmatum and Hippeastrum vittatum entering the ports of Zhejiang and Ningbo. Based on the morphological characteristics and based on the rRNA-ITS region and Phylogenetic analysis of the 28S rRNA-D2 / D3 region sequence confirmed that it is Pratylenchus hippeastri Inserra (Troccoli, Gozel, Bernard, Dunn & Duncan, 2007). The main morphological characteristics of the nematode: pest slender; head anterior flat; lip ring 2; stitch base ball oval; seminal vesicle small, rectangular, without sperm; caudal conic, blunt tip, sometimes ventral Depression, or smooth hemispherical. The nematode so far reported only in the United States, which is the first time in the world intercepted in Japan and Israel seedlings.
