1994年1～3月我院门诊共收治黑色焗油致眼部过敏者24例,其中男1例,女23例,年龄:18～56岁,均为双眼发病.临床表现:焗油后1～6天出现双眼奇痒难忍、流泪、畏光、少量分泌物.少数患者伴有头皮搔痒、前额部红色丘疹.检查:双眼睑不同程度水肿,睑、球结膜充血、水肿,角膜透明,荧光素染色(一),未发现眼部其它异常.诊断:黑色焗油所致过敏性结膜炎.给予0.25%氯霉素滴眼液10ml加0.5ml强的松龙滴眼,四环素可的松眼膏涂眼,口服扑尔敏或息斯敏.用药后症状明显缓解,5～7天症状消失.讨论:市场上出售有国内外、合资厂家生产的焗油,有液状、膏状,有白色、黑色及少量褐色、黄色等性状不一.焗油是由一种或几种天然
