目的:探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)与缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的关系。方法:用酶联免疫法测定足月新生儿血清中 NSE 浓度,并观察其动态变化(生后24 h 内,第3天,第7天)。结果:HIE 新生儿血清中 NSE 浓度在生后24 h 内、第3天明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且 HIE重度组明显高于 HIE 轻、中度组(P<0.05),第7天 NSE 浓度逐渐下降,与对照组无显著差异。结论:生后3天内血清 NSE 浓度与新生儿 HIE 程度呈正相关,提示血清 NSE 浓度可作为新生儿 HIE 脑损伤的早期生化指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Serum levels of NSE in full-term neonates were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the dynamic changes of NSE concentrations were observed (within 24 hours after birth, on day 3 and day 7). Results: The serum levels of NSE in neonates with HIE were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05) within 24 hours after birth, and were significantly higher in HIE severe group than those in mild and moderate HIE group (P <0.05) The concentration of NSE gradually decreased on the 7th day, no significant difference with the control group. Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between serum NSE concentration and neonatal HIE level within 3 days after birth, suggesting that serum NSE concentration may be used as an early biochemical indicator of brain injury in neonates with HIE.
