近几年来,湘潭市实行一乡一业(每乡一个主要产业)、一村一品(每村一种主要产品),推进个体私营经济向前迈了一大步。1995年,全市个体工商户、私营企业主68325户,从业人员15.98万人,占全市总人口的5.9%;完成总产值16亿元,实现营业收入33.5亿元,上交国家税金10149万元。个体私营经济有力地推动了农村经济特别是农业产业化和具有地方特色的区域经济的发展。
In recent years, Xiangtan City, a rural one industry (a major industry in each township), one village one product (one of the main products of each village), to promote individual and private economy a big step forward. In 1995, the city’s individual industrial and commercial households, 68325 private-owned business owners, employing 159800 people, accounting for 5.9% of the city’s total population; completed the output value of 1.6 billion yuan, 3.35 billion yuan in revenue, paid state taxes 101.49 million yuan. The individual and private economy has effectively promoted the development of the rural economy, especially the industrialization of agriculture and the regional economy with local characteristics.
