本文着重研究微量元素对体内血浆心钠素(ANP)分泌、代谢的影响,以及两者之间的某些内在联系。材料与方法:1.将30只大鼠分三组、饲养于木笼中,以普通饲料饲养10天后,Cu组每隔日加喂硫酸铜0.2mg,Zn组每隔日加喂硫酸锌0.6mg。30天后,用麻醉方法,颈动脉取血。测定血清四种微量元素和血浆ANP的含量。2.用放兔法测定ANP含量,取100μl血浆、100μl抗ANP血清和100μl~(125)I标记ANP,混匀后,于4℃温育17h,用3%DCC分离。计算B/B_0(%),依标准曲线查出待检样品的
This article focuses on the trace elements in vivo plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) secretion, metabolism, as well as some of the intrinsic relationship between the two. MATERIALS AND METHODS: 1. Thirty rats were divided into three groups and housed in wooden cages. After feeding for 10 days with normal diet, Cu group was fed with 0.2 mg copper sulphate every other day. Zn group was fed with 0.6 mg zinc sulphate every other day. Thirty days later, the carotid artery was bled by anesthesia. Determination of serum four trace elements and plasma ANP content. 2. The content of ANP was determined by the rabbit method.
