江苏滨海盐城地区是我省重要粮棉产地之一,但在农田里普遍含有以氯化钠为主的易溶性盐类,影响了作物的正常生长,特别是在作物幼苗期产生严重的缺苗死苗现象,轻者造成减产,重者颗粒无收,对农业生产威胁较大。为了要解决如何使作物少受盐害,达到稳产高产的目的,就得要研究作物幼苗期的耐盐指标,这对看土种植,因地制宜进行改良均有重要意义。 作物耐盐指标的研究,国外资料较多,我们国内很多科学工作者也做了不少工作,由于条件的限制,分析易溶性盐类多半是以水浸提液法进行的,它只能测得固、液相盐分的总量,而不能阐明土壤中盐分固、液相的分配状况,特别是干旱地区盐渍土固相盐类很多,而真正危害作物的是土壤液相中的盐分,水浸提液分析结果不能反映真正作物的耐盐度,所以作物耐盐度指标最好采用土壤溶液法和水浸提液法同时进行测定,并要测定其自然含水率。当然有条件的情况下测定其土壤溶液渗透压。这样得出的资料说明作物耐盐度更好。
