目的观察推拿联合复合脉冲磁性治疗仪治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将156例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组78例,采用推拿联合复合脉冲磁性治疗仪治疗,对照组78例,给予葡萄糖酸锌口服液口服。结果治疗组总有效率93.6%,对照组总有效率76.9%。两者比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论推拿联合复合脉冲磁性治疗仪治疗小儿厌食症疗效显著,易被患儿及其家长接受,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of massage combined with compound pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus on children with anorexia. Methods 156 cases of children with anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 78) and massage combined with compound magnetic pulse therapy (n = 78). The control group received oral administration of zinc gluconate oral solution. Results The total effective rate was 93.6% in the treatment group and 76.9% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.01). Conclusion The combined therapy of pulsed magnetic therapy instrument for the treatment of children with anorexia has a significant curative effect and is easily accepted by children and their parents, which is worthy of clinical application.
