Objective To study the impact of ship’s magnetic field environment on the health of workers. Methods Twenty-six crew members of minesweepers with magnetic flux-passing operation (magnetic flux 6 hours a day, 5 hours a day) and non-magnetic control boats (no magnetic field environment) were tested simultaneously before and after electrocardiogram, cardiac function and A襞 microcirculation, cerebral blood flow diagram, blood LDH and AchE and peripheral blood lymphocytes micronucleus changes. Results The cardiac output of magnetic crew increased 6 days (P <0.01), the diameter of microcirculation of Jiajiao group dilated (P <0.01), and the amplitude of cerebral blood flow increased .05). After resting for 6 days, the above changes were restored to their original values (P> 0.05). Other indexes did not change significantly (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Some reversible physiological changes may occur in a ship with a magnetic field environment of 6 days. Resting for 6 days restores the original status without any pathological changes.
