本文在空间格局研究的基础上,对山楂叶螨种群密度估计、不同密度下理论抽样数及序贯抽样技术几方面进行了比较研究。研究结果表明:山楂叶螨种群密度可依m=1.7677(P_0~(0.5657)-1)进行简易的估计;其理论抽样数可据n=1/(D~2)2.0859m~(-0.3952)或n=1/(D~2)(2.1991/m+0.5377)确定;序贯抽样可依Iwao法确定的两条截止线T_0(n)=3n±6.6283n~(1/2)女和据Kuno法确定的最大抽样数结合起来使用。
Based on the study of spatial pattern, this paper makes a comparative study on population density estimation of Hawthorn spider mite, theoretical sampling number under different densities and sequential sampling technique. The results showed that the population density of hawthorn spider mites could be easily estimated according to m = 1.7677 (P_0 ~ (0.5657) -1). The theoretical sampling number could be calculated according to n = 1 / (D ~ 2) 2.0859m ~ (-0.3952) Or n = 1 / (D ~ 2) (2.1991 / m +0.5377); sequential sampling can be based on Iwao law to determine the two cutoff lines T_0 (n) = 3n ± 6.6283n ~ (1/2) Kuno law to determine the maximum number of samples used in combination.
