电火花成型机床工具电极进给调节器的动特性在实质上影响着电火花加工的基本工艺特性,如生产率(金属蚀除量)、被加工表面粗糙度、工具电极损耗。在电火花成型机床上最广泛采用的进给调节器是用标准电压 U 与间接地表征极间间隙值的电极上的电压 U 相比较,并根据其差值△U 调节工具电极的进给。进给调节器的原理图如图1。电极间隙自动调节系统的分析可确定在最佳电极间隙下稳定工作的条件,此时的电蚀加工过程相应处于关系式f_p(δ)的极值点
