眼球后退综合征并不少见,但合并鳄鱼泪者甚少。本组四例中单眼及双眼者各二例,报告如下。例1 郭××女13岁学生于1978年9月23日就诊。从小两眼不能外转,吃食物时两眼流泪。双眼视力均为0.9,屈光检查双眼+0.50D。正前方注视时,双睑裂9mm,右侧注视时,右10mm、左6mm,左侧注视时右7mm、左11mm。眼球突出度:眶距98mm,正前方注视时,右眼15mm、左眼
