面对我国改革开放和社会主义市场经济、知识经济的深入发展、成熟,特别是加入WTO后,面对小康社会人民群众精神文化需求的日益增长,面对来自国内外传媒业的竞争与挑战,我国的广播电视业将继续进行更深层次的调整、改革和提高,这对加强我国广播电视新闻队伍的建设与管理既是契机,也是挑战。通过深化干部人事制度改革,探索建立单位自主用人、人员自主择业、政府依法管理、配套措施完善的人事管理体制,努力形成广纳群贤,人尽其才,充满活力的用人机制,营造优秀人才脱颖而出的良好环境,全面提高广播电视新闻队伍整体素质和竞争实力,已是当务之急。
Faced with the in-depth development and maturity of China’s reform and opening up and the socialist market economy and the knowledge economy, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, in the face of the ever-increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people in well-to-do society and the competition and challenges from the media industry both at home and abroad, China’s radio and television industry will continue to carry out deeper adjustments, reforms and improvements. This is an opportunity and a challenge to strengthening the construction and management of China’s radio and television news force. Through deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system, we have explored the establishment of a personnel management system in which employers employ their own employers, employ their own jobs, manage the government according to law, and improve supporting measures, and strive to create an employment mechanism that is inclusive of the masses of people, talent, and vigor and to create a good talent that stands out from the crowd Environment and comprehensively improve the overall quality and competitive strength of radio and television news teams are the top priorities.
