所谓示值变动性就是多次开启天平后的停点均不在一个平衡位置上。示值变动性的大小除与横梁重心位置有关外,还与横梁上各个零部件的制造与装配技术以及环境影响等多种因素有关。对于变动性,我们希望它越小越好,最大不得超过《规程》规定的一个分度。产生天平变动性的原因很多,情况错综复杂,根据实践经验和体会我认为大体上可分为如下两个方面。一、天平本身结构上的原因 1.零部件松动或粘合不牢引起示值变动 1)天平的指针与横梁连接不牢,随着天平的开启和关闭指针左右活动。 2)天平横梁或指针上所连接的各个零部件松动,如平衡砣、重心砣和微分标牌等。
