为配合《条例》的贯彻执行,从本期起,将陆续介绍1981年以来国家和地方发布的能源标准的简要内容和贯彻实施的效果。目的在于向广大能源工作者介绍能源标准信息,更好地推动节能工作的开展。
In order to comply with the implementation of the “Regulations,” from this issue, the brief contents of the energy standards issued by the state and local governments since 1981 and the effect of their implementation will be successively introduced. The purpose is to introduce energy standard information to the majority of energy workers and promote the development of energy conservation.
