本文介绍了64例住院麻风患者(LL 57例,TT7例)和24例麻风治愈者(原为TT14例,LL10例)的免疫功能检测结果,同时以医院职工24名作为对照,发现不论是现症麻风病人还是麻风治愈者,也不论是LL 或TT,自然花瓣形成率与对照组相比均有明显的降低,但免疫球蛋白测定未见降低,且在现症麻风患者中可见到IgM 增高,在麻风治愈者中有IgM 和IgA 增高。因此认为麻风患者的细胞免疫功能是一种先天缺陷,不可能经过后天的治疗而有所改变,而体液免疫功能则不存在缺陷。
