通过对全桥式IGBT逆变主电路的研究 ,论述了CAD技术在电路设计中的应用前景 ,介绍IGBT全桥主电路的工作原理及IGBT、主变压器的数学模型 ,并对全桥主电路进行了仿真研究。实验结果表明 ,仿真波形与实际相符合 ,吸收参数对电路的影响比较小。
Through the research of full-bridge IGBT inverter main circuit, the application foreground of CAD technology in circuit design is discussed. The working principle of IGBT full-bridge main circuit and the mathematical model of IGBT and main transformer are introduced. The main circuit of full-bridge Simulation research. The experimental results show that the simulation waveforms are in accordance with the actual ones, and the absorption parameters have less influence on the circuit.
