党的执政能力和政府能力是我国政治文明中至关重要的政治要素,党的执政能力建设与政府能力建设也成为我国政治文明建设的重要体现。因此近几年来,我国理论界对党的执政能力和政府能力建设研究的学术氛围日趋浓厚。本文对我国学者们关于两者涵义的界定、研究现状以及研究存在的不足和展望做了概括和总结。
