我院于1958年遇一例十二指肠溃疡患者,在作胃肠钡餐检查时发生严重反应,后经证实系由于硫酸钡过敏所致,过去未有见闻,临床上应用此种检查甚广,得引超临床及放射科医师的足够重视,故报告于后,以供参考。病史患者男性30岁东北籍钻探工人住院号40496,因胃前区断续疼痛七年于1958年10月14日第二次住我院内科;患者于七年前开始有胃前区疼痛住院经西皮氏饮食治疗症状消失出院,一年前又感胃前区疼痛件有呕血便血多次住院经胃肠钡
