目的:采用系统预实验法对汉麻果胶中可能含有的化学成分进行预实验,初步探索汉麻果胶的全化学成分。方法:分别对汉麻果胶用水、乙醇和酸性乙醇溶液进行提取,取上清滤液进行理化鉴别。结果:汉麻果胶中含有鞣质、糖、多糖及其苷类、皂苷类成分、黄酮类成分、酚类、甾体、三萜类成分、生物碱、内酯、香豆素类成分、挥发油,可能含有蒽醌类成分,不含有有机酸。结论:汉麻果胶中含有多种化学成分,为进一步研究其生物活性成分提供了实验基础。
OBJECTIVE: To pre-experiment the chemical constituents contained in the pectin of hemp by systematic pre-experiment, and to explore the chemical constituents of hemp pectin. Methods: The hemp pectin water, ethanol and acidic ethanol solution were extracted, the supernatant filtrate physical and chemical identification. Results: The hemp pectin contains tannin, sugar, polysaccharides and their glycosides, saponins, flavonoids, phenols, steroids, triterpenes, alkaloids, lactones and coumarins, Volatile oils, may contain anthraquinones, does not contain organic acids. Conclusion: The hemp pectin contains many chemical components, which provide the experimental basis for further study of its bioactive components.
