研发了一套电网故障信息智能综合处理分析系统,将采集到的分布式二次设备信息通过智能分析系统诊断处理、整合,建立了省地调一体化的电网故障信息智能综合处理平台。其主要实现方式分为两步,具体包括在厂站端将保护装置接入信息子站,将故障录波器接入录波代理装置,分别给信息子站及录波代理装置配置高速通信网通道,和调度端的主站系统互联;在调度端主站采用分层分布式的软件设计框架,其中在数据层设置保护通信服务器及录波接入通信服务器,分别接入保护及录波器信息,在应用层对信息进行处理,利用故障序号判断、经验时间判断等智能处理手段,实现两种信息的有效整合和处理。该系统的实现提升了台州电网继电保护专业的运行管理水平,在台州电网近年来调度运行、灾害处理中发挥了较大的作用。
