利用厌氧/特异性移动床生物膜反应器(A/SMBBR)处理农药含酚废水,投配具有专利技术的SDC-03型填料,启动过程采用闷曝排泥阶段、间歇培养并逐步增加负荷阶段的挂膜方式,对SMBBR中填料上生物膜、生物量的变化进行了分析,并研究启动期与稳定期在不同影响因素下A/SMBBR对酚的去除效果。结果表明,两阶段挂膜法能够在25 d左右完成挂膜启动,挂膜速度快;SMBBR中的新型填料有利于微生物的快速挂膜,生物量增加显著,最终生物膜成熟后平均挂膜量为7.394 mg/g;启动期挂膜完成后,出水酚浓度由10.36 mg/L降至4.1 mg/L,系统平均去除率达到95.13%;运行期出水酚浓度稳定在2 mg/L以下,去除率高达99.56%,水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级排放标准。
Anaerobic / specific moving bed biofilm reactor (A / SMBBR) was used to treat pesticide wastewater containing phenols, and the patented SDC-03 type packing was used.
