在集成光学信息处理和通讯系统中,声光Bragg偏转器是关键性的有源器件,因此实现具有尽可能宽的带宽和尽可能高的偏转效率的器件是很重要的.我们在钛扩散Y-切LiNbO_3平面光波导上利用两个倾斜SAW相控阵换能器设计制作了导波声光Bragg偏转器.用0.63μmHe-Ne激光进行了Bragg偏转实验,光斑质量较好.在280MHz的中心频率上测得200MHz的偏转带宽和在210mWRF驱动功率下40%的偏转效率.最后,评价了这种宽带偏转器结构的优缺点,例举了在光通讯和RF信息处理中的应用.
In integrated optical information processing and communication systems, acousto-optic Bragg deflectors are key active devices, so it is important to have a device with the widest possible bandwidth and the highest possible deflection efficiency. The waveguide Bragg deflector was designed and fabricated by using two tilted SAW phased array transducers on the LiNbO_3 planar waveguide.The Bragg deflection experiment with 0.63μm He-Ne laser showed better spot quality.At the center of 280MHz The deflection bandwidth of 200MHz and the deflection efficiency of 40% at 210mWRF driving power were measured at the frequency.Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of this broadband deflector structure were evaluated, and the applications in optical communication and RF information processing were given.
