为了加强对儿童疾病的防治工作,调查儿童死亡原因,具有重要的现实意义和参考价值。有关儿童死因分析的资料,国内报导不多,均为尸解后的病理诊断,准确性是毫无问问题的,但能进行病理检查者,仅仅是少数,难以反应儿童死因的全面情况。因此,乃将我院从1956年5月至1978年12月,22年8个月中儿科住院死亡小儿1019例,进行分析报导,以供今后儿童保健工作中的参考。
In order to strengthen the prevention and treatment of childhood diseases and investigate the causes of child death, it has important practical significance and reference value. Information on the analysis of child causes of death, few domestic reports, are autopsy pathological diagnosis, accuracy is no problem, but the pathological examination, only a minority, it is difficult to reflect the full extent of the child’s cause of death. Therefore, our hospital from May 1956 to December 1978, 22 years and 8 months in pediatric inpatient deaths of 1019 cases of children, analyzed and reported for future reference to the health care of children.
