随着检察制度改革的不断深入与发展,检察机关司法警察的作用日益重要,加强基层院法警工作规范化建设、探讨法警队工作科学化管理,具有十分重要的现实意义。但是由于法警工作的开展还处于摸索阶段,部分制度还不完善在检察实践中,关于法警的职权、警检关系等方面暴露出了许多问题,对于这些问题和困难,如不加以解决,将直接影响到司法警察队伍的健康发展。
