新的时代对学生提出了新的要求,同时也对教师提出了新的挑战。尤其作为英语教师,要认识到随着知识经济的到来,社会发展的需要对英语教师提出了更高的要求,必须不断提高自身素质,迎接新的挑战。本文分析了目前高职英语教学中存在的问题,从思想道德素质、改革创新意识、知识结构和教学能力方面四个方面探讨了如何提高高职院校英语教师的素质,并对教师提出了更高的要求。
The new era has put new demands on students and also raised new challenges for teachers. In particular, as English teachers, we must recognize that with the advent of a knowledge-based economy and the need of social development, higher demands are placed on English teachers. We must continuously improve our own quality and meet new challenges. This article analyzes the existing problems in higher vocational English teaching, probes into how to improve the quality of English teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of ideological and moral quality, reform and innovation consciousness, knowledge structure and teaching ability, and puts forward more High demand.
